The Estée Lauder Companies is excited to offer UK based employees the opportunity to develop their skills and grow their careers through our Apprenticeship Academy.
In partnership with our excellent training providers, the Apprenticeship Academy delivers long- term development programmes that aim to support individuals to develop their knowledge and skills while achieving both industry and academic qualifications in their areas of specialism.
The programmes we offer include qualifications at varying levels in areas such as Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Leadership, Content Production, Human Resources CIPD, Project Management and Events.
NOTE: Apprenticeship opportunities are matched with early careers opportunities and advertised when available across roles in Marketing, Sales, Online and Supply Chain functions based at our London and Fareham corporate offices.

Who funds the apprenticeship programme?
The programmes are completely funded by the Estée Lauder Companies through the apprenticeship levy.

Are there any age restrictions for apprenticeship roles?
Our apprenticeship roles are open to all ages over 18.
Who delivers the apprenticeship programmes?
We work with a network of training providers, colleges and universities to ensure that all of our programmes are tailored to business needs, so the provider will vary for each apprenticeship.
Can I apply for a role with an apprenticeship opportunity if I already have a degree or a masters?
Apprenticeship programmes are available to employees who don’t have any prior qualification in that subject.
What is the minimum qualification I have to have to apply for an apprenticeship role?
You will need a minimum of a C grade or above in Maths and English GCSE.
Are there specific eligibility requirements if I wish to apply for an apprenticeship programme?
You will need to have been resident in the UK for a minimum of three years.
When would the learning for my apprenticeship programme start?
Once you have completed your three month induction, you will begin your learning journey.
What are the salaries for roles with apprenticeship opportunities?
Our salaries are based on internal benchmarking guidelines and apprentices are entitled to the relevant discounts and employee benefits that are aligned to their role.
Are there student benefits if I am on an apprenticeship programme?
If you live in London you will also receive a third off your travel costs and any applicable student discounts.
