ELC Employees Celebrate Pride Month
Company Feature, 20 Jun 2018
The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is proud to recognise Pride Month, a time during which ELC’s LGBTQA community and all employees can reflect on the strides made for equal rights, while also celebrating what makes each of them unique.
In a video produced in conjunction with ELC’s LGBTQA employee resource group wELCome, employees were invited to share a personal photo and story that represents a moment when they felt proud. The employees talk about Pride parades, weddings and their families and friends. Common themes are love, support and joy.
