ELC UK & Ireland hosts internal bEstée in Digital Awards

ELC UK & Ireland recently hosted the first ever internal bEstée in Digital Awards, a celebration of the very best digital 360 campaigns and launches from our brands and functions, hosted by Nicky de Simone, Vice President, Enterprise Marketing, Data and ELC Studios, UK & Ireland. The company created the bEstée awards to recognise outstanding company initiatives that were delivered in an unprecedented year of change.

Nearly 700 employees attended the virtual Awards ceremony, featuring over 50 entries from 23 brands and functions which were judged by ELC UK & Ireland’s technology partners from Google, Facebook and MGOMD as well as Sue Fox, President, ELC UK & Ireland and Nicky.

The winners and runners up are as follows:

MOST EFFECTIVE: Engaging target audiences and impacting the performance of a brand in a measurable way

  • Winner: Clinique’s Holiday Campaign
  • Runner-up: Estée Lauder’s launch of NEW Advanced Night Repair

MOST INNOVATIVE: Boundary-pushing use of technology or creative to reach and engage customers

MOST INTEGRATED: Cross-channel approaches that successfully personalise the customer journey
