Nicky de Simone, Regional Director, Enterprise Marketing & Transformation, the Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland, has been named on the prestigious Management Today’s list of Britain’s brightest 35 Women Under 35.
Nicky de Simone, Regional Director, Enterprise Marketing & Transformation, the Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland, has been named a winner of Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 2021: Britain's Brightest Young Business Leaders.
Management Today is a leading UK business publication and the 35 Women Under 35 list is the country's longest-running, most prestigious list of young, female business talent. Alumnae include Fashion Designer Stella McCartney, Co-founder lastminute.com Martha Lane Fox and GroupM UK CEO Karen Blackett.
The awards include leaders across several industries, including finance, technology, management consultancy, the creative industries and more. This year's nominations were judged by President of techUK, Jacqueline de Rojas CBE; Amazing If co-founder Sarah Ellis; and Management Today's head of content Kate Bassett.
Since joining ELC nine years ago, Nicky has worked in numerous roles, including in the Office of the Chief of Staff to Fabrizio Freda, during which time she played an instrumental role in developing The CEO Global Reverse Mentor programme. Nicky moved to the UK & Ireland Region from New York in 2019 and currently leads Enterprise Marketing & Transformation UK & Ireland, where she is implementing a local Omni-Channel Shopping Powerhouse.
