The Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland Introduces Enhanced Family Leave Policy

LONDON – 8 November, 2019 – The Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland is pleased to introduce an enhanced family leave policy covering its entire regional business.
The enhanced policy, effective January 1, 2020, offers 20 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, adoption leave, or shared parental leave (where applicable) to UK & Ireland-based employees. This includes those working in retail, manufacturing supply chain and corporate roles.
