Emmanuelle Noyer appointed UK & I Vice President TOM FORD Beauty, BALMAIN BEAUTY and artisanal and luxury fragrances
London -- The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) UK & Ireland has announced that Emmanuelle Noyer has been appointed to the role of Vice President General Manager for TOM FORD Beauty, Le Labo, Kilian Paris, Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and BALMAIN BEAUTY and Luke Evans has been appointed to the role of Vice President for Estée Lauder, Aerin Beauty and Aramis, effective 1st January 2023.
With a career spanning 30 years in the beauty and luxury industry, Emmanuelle joined ELC in 2015 as Regional Director for Travel Retail EMEA, taking on increasing levels of responsibility during that time. Emmanuelle is currently Vice President General Manager of Estée Lauder, Aerin Beauty and Aramis UK & Ireland and will continue to report directly to Sue Fox, President of ELC UK& Ireland.

Emmanuelle’s appointment follows Chris Reid’s recent move to Vice President General Manager Commercial, ELC UK & Ireland.
With 20 years’ experience in the prestige beauty market, Luke joined ELC UK& Ireland in 2011 as National Sales Director, Aramis & Designer Fragrances and Lab Series, taking on increasing levels of brand leadership during that time. Luke is currently Vice President General Manager for Aveda, Bumble & bumble and Origins, and will continue to report directly to Sue Fox.
