Venetia Varney Appointed Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, UK&I

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) UK & Ireland has announced that Venetia Varney (née Hendy) has been appointed Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, UK&I, based in London, effective November 20th, 2023.

Venetia is a luxury goods communications specialist with more than 15 years of experience in building global and regional communications strategies. Most recently Venetia was the VP of Corporate Communications, Private Market & Sustainable Investing at BlackRock, and has previous experience working in leadership and communications roles with Burberry, Kering and Escada. Venetia succeeds Anna Bartle who left the company earlier this year to pursue a new opportunity.
