ELC UK & Ireland announces four new leadership appointments to its brand clusters
The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) UK & Ireland has announced the following leadership appointments to its brand clusters:
Kellie Billett, Vice President / General Manager, Bobbi Brown, La Mer and Darphin, UK and Ireland
Kellie Billett has been named Vice President / General Manager, Bobbi Brown, La Mer and Darphin, UK and Ireland, effective February 1, 2024. Kelly succeeds Natalie Clarke who is taking on a new role with the Jo Malone London Global brand as Vice President of Global Marketing. Kellie is an experienced cross-category commercial leader who in her 25 years with the company, has made significant contributions to the business, including in her most recent assignment as Acting General Manager for M∙A∙C and Too Faced, UK and Ireland.
Ipek Ersavas has been appointed Vice President / General Manager, M·A·C and Too Faced, UK & Ireland, effective January 1, 2024. A business savvy, creative and engaging brand builder, Ipek joined ELC in March 2020 and over the last three years has served as the General Manager of the ELC Turkey Affiliate. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades with Procter & Gamble in roles of increasing responsibility across multiple categories and geographies.

Laura Maxwell, Brand General Manager, Aveda, Origins and Bumble & bumble, UK & Ireland
Laura Maxwell will assume the role of Brand General Manager, Aveda, Origins and Bumble & bumble, UK & Ireland from January 15, 2024, following the overseas relocation of the current brand cluster GM, Monica Flores, for personal reasons. Presently the Sales and Education Director of Estée Lauder, Aerin Beauty and Aramis and Head of Company Retail Stores and Retail Channel, Laura has more than 15 years of service with ELC and a consistent track record of sales growth and execution excellence.
Ruby Dhillon has been appointed Brand Manager, Le Labo, UK&I effective September 2023, within the Fragrance cluster (Tom Ford Beauty, Kilian Paris, Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle) led by Emmanuelle Noyer, VP/GM. Ruby is a luxury brand expert, with more than 15 years’ experience in both marketing and communications in senior roles in luxury fashion-led beauty and niche fragrance brands, across both local market and global roles, at P&G and L’Oréal Luxe.
